We're a peer-led charitable organisation providing peer support and advocacy for those navigating mental distress and/or addiction. Established in 1986, a lived experience approach has been integral to the way we work from the start and our staff and board all share personal experiences with mental health and/or addiction challenges.

We support anyone who is experiencing mental distress and/or addiction challenges, and self-referrals are welcome. We provide tailored peer support services and educational programs, along with individual and systemic advocacy.

Our office and meeting room are in Dunedin Community House on Princes St but we mostly work out in the community, meeting people where they are.

Otago Mental Health Support Trust is a registered charity. Our charity number is CC28476, and you can read all our reports on the charities website here.
