Your Rights

As users of any Health or Disability service in Aotearoa New Zealand we have rights that are enshrined in law. These 10 rights (sometimes referred to as “The Code”) can also be seen as duties of the providers and it’s important that everyone knows about them.

You can learn more by visiting the Health and Disability Commissioner website.
